Innisfree Haul

All from Innisfree.

I went into the shop with only 1 objective which is to purchase their face mask. One thing led to another and I went out with tonnes of other stuff as well. Gahhhhh.
I had tried the face mask sheets before this. My face looked so refreshed after it that I came back for more.

I have also used the Volcanic clay mask a few years back. It was good too. This time around, I bought their newest type of clay mask. It’s in a mousse like texture. Excited to try it soon.

As I walked around the store, my eyes fell on the BB Cream area. There were several shades. So the sales assistant helped me in finding one that matched my skin.

From the face masks to the Camelia hair mist to the BB Cream longwear cushion and Olive real cleansing tissue to the Super Volcanic mousse and finally to the Wild berry hand cream, I practically spent more than I initially intended to.

The Wild berry hand cream and another mask sheet were a last minute addition after being informed by the sales assistant that spending above $100 would get me a pouch of other Innisfree goodies as well as a box of mask capsules. And spend I did.

Damage done? $101 poorer to be exact.

Skin Food Aloe Sun Mist SPF50+ PA+++

I went to Jurong Point again. Yes. Again. Haha. Can’t help it.
I went to practically every Korean cosmetics shop there is except for Missha cuz it is situated further away from Jurong Point 2.

I went to Etude, Laneige, Somang and The Face Shop to ask for a face mist with SPF. But none had what I was looking for. Somang had a sunblock thing in an aerosol can. But it isn’t what I wanted. I was looking for less sunblock-ish but more of a mist product.

So I went to the The Skin Food hoping they have something like that. Went in the shop and approached the sales assistant straight away.

They do have it! 2 types, in fact!

There is the aerosol spray that has a tomato picture on the can. A newer product.
Then there is the “sun mist”. Basically what I was looking for! A mist with SPF!
The sales assistant informed me that this Aloe Sun Mist does not contain mineral oil. That’s a good thing! So it does’t clog the pores.

So I settled for it.

FYI, I have used the The Face Shop Pore Tightening cooling mist. Will post a review on it soon.

Ps: The sales assistant had FLAWLESS skin! I was compelled to ask her about her skincare. But didn’t get to as there were other customers in line.

The Face Shop haul

I was just walking around Jurong Point. Then it occurred to me that I needed something to freshen my face each time at work. The constant going in and out of the office is wrecking havoc on my skin. I could feel it being more oily.
So since I read about face mists, I decided to head on to The Face Shop to get one.
There are several kinds of face mists but I settled with Pore Tightening cooling mist. Since it tightens pores and helps to reduce sebum, I was sold. Haha.

My initial intention to get just 1 thing became 3 because there’s a promotion to be a member if I spend $38 and above. Usually, it takes $100 and above to be a member…well, that’s what the sales assistant told me.

So I walked around and was intrigued by the gel perfume that they had. There are 4 different scents: Green Tea, Rose, Cherry Blossom and Berries. Apparently, this is one of their newer products.
I settled for the Cherry Blossom.

I also bought the Cherry Blossom Hair Mist.

Plus, I was given a pack full of samples which is a norm for a Korean cosmetics store. Nice!

Damage costs: $43.70
